Dispatch desk staffed now — third shift included +1 732 387 7777   info@cetuspro.pro

The desk is open. It always is.

Call and you get a dispatcher, not a queue and not a sales team. If it is easier to write it down, send your fleet details below and someone from the desk calls you back.

Open now — all three shifts

Send your fleet details

The more of this you fill in, the more useful the call back will be. Only four fields are required — the rest just means we can look at your situation before we ring you rather than during.

Thanks — that is with the desk

A dispatcher will call you on the number you gave. If you would rather not wait, the line is open now on +1 732 387 7777.

What happens after you send it

No drip sequence, no automated nurture emails, no reselling your details to three other dispatch services.

A dispatcher reads it

Not a sales rep working from a script. Someone who will actually be running your loads looks at the equipment, the lanes and the fleet size.

We look before we call

If you gave an MC number we check your authority status and safety record first, so the call starts from facts instead of questions you have answered ten times.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch

What you are running, what it is paying, where the empty miles are going. You will get a straight answer about whether we can improve it.

The paperwork list

W-9, MC authority letter, certificate of insurance, factoring notice if you factor, and the dispatch agreement. We prepare the broker packets from those.

We say so

Some operations do not need a dispatch service and some want things we will not do. You will hear that on the first call, not in month two.

Before you call

Last week's numbers are the most useful thing you can bring: gross, loaded miles, empty miles and the rates you accepted. Your MC number and equipment type help too. If you have none of that to hand, call anyway — we can work from what you remember.
No. There is no charge for the first call and no obligation attached to it. If we look at your week and conclude you are already running it well, we will tell you that and you will have lost fifteen minutes.
Yes, and you will not be chased afterwards. Plenty of carriers call to understand what a dispatch service actually does, or to get a second opinion on a compliance question, and then handle it themselves. That is a reasonable use of a phone call.
Our office is in Morganville, New Jersey, and the desk operates across three shifts, so call ahead rather than turning up. Most of our carriers never visit — the whole service runs by phone, email and your ELD portal.
Tell us in the message which language your drivers prefer and we will assign a dispatcher accordingly. Broker and shipper communication is handled in English by us either way, so nothing on the load side depends on your drivers' English.
No. What you send is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell or pass carrier details to other dispatch services, brokers or factoring companies. The full terms are in the privacy policy.

It is quicker to just call

Whatever hour you are reading this, somebody is on the desk. Breakdowns, a broker refusing detention, a driver out of hours two hundred miles from the delivery — those are the calls we are staffed for.
