Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cetus Star LLC, which operates under the brand Cetus Pro (“Cetus Pro”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of our website cetuspro.pro and of our truck dispatching, ELD and log book, and back-office help (together, the “Services”), whether you use them for yourself or for a company you are authorised to represent. By using the Services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.

What we do

Cetus Pro provides dispatch and compliance support to motor carriers and owner-operators. Cetus Pro is not a motor carrier and not a freight broker. The terms of any dispatch engagement (scope, fees, duration) are set in a separate dispatch agreement signed with each carrier; if that agreement and these Terms differ, the dispatch agreement governs that engagement.

Your account and information

You agree to give us accurate and current information, to keep any login details to yourself, and to tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your access and for the people you allow to act for you.

Acceptable use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or send us unlawful content.

Your data

Information you give us remains yours. You allow us to use it only to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated information that does not identify anyone.

Third-party services

The Services may involve or link to third-party services (for example ELD providers, load boards, brokers and factoring companies). Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

SMS terms

1. Program

Cetus Star LLC (Cetus Pro) sends text messages for conversational purposes only: replies to enquiries and messages you send us, arranging calls, and questions about the help you asked for. We do not send advertising or marketing text messages. Mobile numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

2. Types of messages

Conversational messages, for example:

“[Cetus Star] Hi sir , please let us know once you time to arrange the call . or reply to our email cetuspro2022@gmail.com or call us back 732387 7777 Reply STOP to opt out.”

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the conversation, up to 9 messages per week.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s plan, and may differ for domestic and international messages.

5. How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on our online contact form (/contact-us-cetus-pro-truck-dispatching-log-book-services/). If you text us first, we reply only to your message. Consent to text messages is not a condition of using our Services.

6. How you opt out

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message, use our opt-out page (/sms-opt-out/), or ask us at info@cetuspro.pro or +1 732 387 7777. If you reply STOP you receive one message confirming it. After you opt out you receive no further text messages unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).

7. Help

8. Standard disclosures

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. For help, text HELP or see our Privacy Policy and these Terms. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination continue.

Disclaimer

The website and the Services are provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee loads, rates or earnings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Cetus Star LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
